Every runner deserves the same level of attention, expertise and committment, reguarless of experience or pace. No templates. No shortcuts. Just thoughtful, science based coaching built around your life, schedule, and goals. Experience across all distances - from track to trail to road to ultramarathon. Questions BEFORE getting started? Foundation Coaching

$150/month

Personalized Run Coaching. (Most popular for new and recreational runners)

  • Individualized running program tailored to your goals
  • Unlimited text communication
  • One phone call per month
  • Weekly training plan adjustments


*All coaching plans are flexible and built around your schedule, goals, and experience level. 

Performance Coaching

$200/month

Personalized Run Coaching + Strength Training (Best for competitive runners or those wanting strength training)

  • Individualized running program tailored to your goals
  • Individualized strength program to support performance and injury prevention
  • Unlimited text communication
  • Two phone calls per month
  • Weekly training plan adjustments
  • Workout data analysis and feedback

Community - Advice - Guidance

Community group runs, meet-ups, and events.

FREE

  • Follow our Facebook and Strava pages to stay updated on local runs and events.
  • Open to everyone, locals, visitors, and anyone in town for the day.
  • Group runs held Saturdays or Sundays throughout the Brainerd Lakes area. 
  • Locations vary to keep things fresh.
  • Occasional planned group workouts 

Advice, Tips, and Knowledge

FREE

  • Follow our Instagram and Facebook pages for regular training tips and guidance. 
  • For individualized questions about your training or workouts, send a message or email anytime.
  • Everyone has access information. Not everyone has access to a coach. Here, you have access to a real, experienced coaching resource.
